We can manufacture both right-hand and left-hand spirals, combinations of right-hand and left-hand spirals on a single core, spirals with variable pitch, suspended spirals, and segmented connections using multiple keys. We can use materials such as black steel, abrasion-resistant Hardox, or stainless steel.
We will select the appropriate screw conveyor based on the transported material, required capacity, and operating conditions. It will fulfill its function while optimizing production costs without unnecessary oversizing of the screw feeder. We will also apply suitable sealing solutions tailored to the working conditions.
